INGREDIENTS
1 cup til (sesame seeds)
1 cup instant homemade khoya / mawa
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup melted ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
METHOD
Prepare 5 minute instant homemade khoya.
Slightly roast til, don't let it turn brown or it will become bitter in taste. Transfer in grinder jar and make a smooth powder.
Take khoya / mawa and warm it in pan till soft. Remove from fire and transfer in deep bowl. Add powdered til, powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Add melted ghee and mix. Start making small balls and store in air-tight jar. If you find diffiuclty in making ladoos add more of ghee, 1 tsp at a time to avoid adding over ghee.
You can enjoy these ladoos for more than a month.
