INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiled and mashed sweet potato
3-4 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
few strands of saffron
1/2 tsp cardamom powder (elachi powder)
METHOD
Dissolve saffron in warm milk and keep aside. Heat ghee in pan, add boiled and mashed sweet potato. Saut? till it combines and changes colour to golden.
Add milk and mix well. Now add powdered sugar and cook for another 5 minutes or till it start leaving the sides of pan.
Garnish with nuts of your and enjoy!
NOTES:
1. I kept sugar level little low as sweet potato contains sugar. You can adjust according to your taste.
Pictorial:

5. Cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add sugar.
7. Cook for 5 minutes.
8. Once it start leaving the sides of pan, it's done.
